Improvements to a water main and roadway surfaces are continuing to impact traffic in the area near 32^nd Avenue, 33^rd Avenue, and Nob Hill Boulevard.

As a result of the project, parts of 32^nd Avenue south of Nob Hill will be closed to through traffic from September 10^th through September 12^th.  From September 15^th through September 17^th, parts of 32^nd Avenue north of Nob Hill will be closed to through traffic.  Local traffic will still be allowed on 32^nd. 

Additionally, from September 14^th through September 18^th, project activity near 33^rd Avenue will result in traffic delays potentially lasting as much as 15 minutes.

Drivers should expect localized traffic and parking impacts in the area and are encouraged to slow down and proceed cautiously through work zones. 

Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.

As always, the schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
