Yakima Irrigation Season Set to Begin April 1st
Tuesday, April 1st marks the scheduled start of the irrigation season for the vast majority of residential and business customers in Yakima. That’s the day that the systems operated by the City of Yakima’s Water/Irrigation Division are scheduled to begin delivering water. Project to Widen 64th Avenue Will Result in Detour
A project to widen 64th Avenue between Nob Hill Boulevard and Tieton Drive is expected to last from Monday, March 3rd until mid to late June. In addition to the roadway being widened, new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks with be installed. A stormwater system will also be built and new street lights will be put
