Englewood Avenue will be closed between N. 66th Avenue and N. 74th Avenue this Thursday, March 28th, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The closure is required so the Yakima-Tieton Irrigation District can repair a pipe leak.
Access to properties in the project area will be maintained as best as possible.
Detours will be posted and drivers are encouraged to avoid the project area, if possible.
Drivers are reminded the speed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.
As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure and emergencies.
