The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Action taken during the Council meeting included:

  • Introducing Finance Director Viren Mayani
  • Recognizing the Fruit Row National Historic District and issuing Yakima Harvest Month Proclamation
  • Amending the Gang Reduction and Intervention Taskforce (GRIT) Charter
  • Authorizing acceptance of a State of Washington Department of Ecology Grant Award Agreement for the Nelson Phase 2 Pipeline Conveyance Improvements Project
