The Yakima City Council held its most recent regular agenda business meeting on Tuesday, October 1st, 2013. Action taken by the Council on October 1st included:
– Extending a moratorium on new billboards and digital signs for six months beginning on November 1st, 2013
– Tabling a resolution to modify Yakima Transit Route 1 and eliminate Yakima Transit Route 8 and holding a study session on the issue
– Adoption of 2014 state and federal legislative and administrative priorities
