Chalk Art Carnival

This week’s photo is actually a montage of photos by the Downtown Association of Yakima (DAY) during its annual Chalk Art Festival held in Downtown Yakima on October 14th. This year’s festival featured a “Carnival” theme for the chalk art.

This photo of the week comes to us from Yakima Police Dept with a reminder the speed limit is 20 mph in City of Yakima work zones. In recent days, YPD traffic officers have cited several drivers near a construction zone on Summitview Ave for speeding.

Market Moment
