Bus to Pool Program Begins June 20th

Yakima Transit and Yakima Parks and Recreation are again teaming up to make it easier for swimmers to use Franklin Pool and Lions Pool this summer thanks to the Bus to Pool Program. Projects to Close Section of 48th Avenue

Downtown Summer Nights Series Returns for a Seventh Year

The Downtown Summer Nights Concert Series returns to Historic North Front Street this Thursday, June 13th. Franklin Pool Opens June 14

Yakima Airport to Receive Training Center Troops

Approximately 435 troops will arrive at Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field this Sunday, June 9th, to support the Yakima Training Center.
