Changes Planned for Online City Utility Payments

City of Yakima Utility Services will transition from its current online payment provider, Invoice Cloud, to Paymentus. The transition is expected to take place during the month of February. City of Yakima Snow Route Alert in Effect

Due to considerable snowfall and hazardous road conditions, a Snow Route Alert has been issued by the City of Yakima.  This Snow Route Alert will remain in effect until further notice.  A key part of the Snow Route Alert protocol is to let drivers know they need to move their vehicles from designated snow routes. 


City Asks Drivers to Avoid 3rd Ave and Mead Ave Intersection

Drivers are asked to avoid the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Mead Avenue if possible today, Thursday, as crews are replacing a traffic signal cabinet. City Holiday Closures for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
