Breakfast With Santa This Saturday

Young and old alike can enjoy breakfast with Santa and a host of holiday activity options this Saturday, December 2nd, at the City of Yakima’s Harman Center, 101 North 65th Avenue.

“Breakfast With Santa” is from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at the Harman Center. Breakfast is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children under the age of 5. It includes eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes and even French toast sticks.

“The Harman Center has been offering Breakfast With Santa for several years,” said Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards. “But this is the first year we’ve offered activity tables.”

The tables are included in the cost of breakfast and will offer activities such as decorating sugar cookies, a hot cocoa bar, Christmas crafts, a photo booth with Santa, and making “reindeer food.”

The activities will continue until 11:30 am.

Advance reservations are requested by calling the Harman Center at 575-6166. Richards said reservations will help organizers plan the amount of breakfast and activity supplies to have on hand.

“We’re already getting a ton of people calling in,” Richards said. “It should be fun.”
