Many of the City of Yakima’s facilities will be closed Friday, November 10th, in observance of Veterans Day. That includes City Hall, Y-PAC, and Parks and Recreation offices.
Business offices for the Police and Fire Departments will be closed. The City of Yakima Municipal Court will be closed. Emergency services will remain available.
The Harman Center will be closed Friday and Saturday, November 10th and 11th, in observance of Veterans Day.
Yakima Transit fixed-route buses, Dial-A-Ride and the Yakima-Ellensburg Commuter will all run as scheduled on Friday. Yakima Transit office and Transit Center window will be closed Friday.
Yakima Transit will not provide fixed-route buses or Dial-A-Ride services on Saturday.
Lions Pool will be open Friday and the City’s Refuse Division will provide regular garbage collection services as scheduled Friday. The Refuse Division’s office will be closed Friday.

In addition, City of Yakima utility, sewer and refuse customers can use a bill payment kiosk 24/7 outside City Hall.
