A salute to veterans is planned during a Veterans Day Social at the City of Yakima’s Harman Center on Friday, November 9th from 1:30 pm to 3:45 pm.
“It’s a get together to say thank you to all our service men and women,” said Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards.
Cake and punch will be served during the free event, which this year includes a dance. It will take place in the Harman Center Ballroom.
