Harman Center Plans Annual Potato Feed

Good food for a good cause will be on the menu during the Harman Center’s annual Potato Feed planned for 5:30 pm on Tuesday, October 10th.

“There will be many toppings to put on your potato,” said Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards. “Proceeds will go towards the new sliding glass doors to be installed at the Harman Center front entrance.”

Yakima Valley Senior Citizens, Inc. is hosting the potato feed at the Harman Center, 101 North 65th Avenue.

The cost is $8 for tickets purchased in advance and $10 for tickets at the door. The price includes salad and dessert.

More than 150 people attended last year’s event, Richards said.
