Replacement of a sewer manhole cover will impact traffic tomorrow morning, Wednesday, June 9th, on a section of Lincoln Avenue.
Eastbound traffic on Lincoln Avenue will be limited to one lane between North 16th Avenue and North 17th Avenue so City of Yakima Wastewater Division crews can replace the manhole cover.
Traffic restrictions will be in place during project work hours of 6:00 am to 8:00 am tomorrow.
Drivers are reminded the speed limit is 20 miles per hour through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima.
During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the project is completed.
