MLK Jr. Park Spray Park Closes Early due to Water Line Leak

The spray park at the City of Yakima’s Martin Luther King Jr. Park is closed for the season due to a water line issue.

“The water line feeding the spray park at MLK Jr. Park has a leak and we will need to close the spray park early by a few days,” said Parks and Recreation Manager Ken Wilkinson. “We normally shut it down the Tuesday after Labor Day.”

The City’s other spray park, located at Miller Park, is operational through next Tuesday, September 7th.
