A 25-year-old man died Friday night at a house on East Race Street in what police suspect to be a homicide.
Yakima police were dispatched to a home located at 604 East Race Street at about 5:15 pm Friday. After entering the house, officers discovered the deceased 25-year-old man in a bedroom. He had apparently suffered head trauma. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
Yakima police continue to investigate the incident. No arrests have been made at this time. The name of the 25-year-old man is not being released pending notification of his family.
