A section of Prasch Avenue will be closed from Wednesday, June 7th, through Friday, June 16th, for sewer repair work.
During project work hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm each weekday, the vicinity of Prasch Avenue will be closed between 21st Avenue and 19th Avenue starting tomorrow, Wednesday.
Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible.
The schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.
Drivers are reminded the speed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.
During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur. Drivers should use alternate routes until project completion.
