Drivers will find sections of some of the City’s streets temporarily closed Saturday, January 19^th, for the 2019 Women’s March.

It will begin at 12:00 pm on Saturday and is expected to conclude at 2:00 pm.

The annual walk is organized by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Yakima. It will begin at the church, 225 N. 2^nd Street, proceed south on 2^nd Street and east on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The walk will then head south on 8^th Street, west on Yakima Avenue, then south onto 3^rd Street. It will end at Millennium Plaza.

Organizers anticipate approximately 1,500 participants.
