Y-PAC Video Voters Pamphlet Features Yakima City Council Candidates

Y-PAC, the City of Yakima’s government access channel, has produced a 2019 Video Voters Pamphlet focusing on candidates for four Yakima City Council seats in the November 5th General Election.

Candidates featured in the Video Voters Pamphlet are:

  • Eliana Macias and Kenton Gartrell – Yakima City Council, District 1
  • Patricia Byers and Thomas B. Sund – Yakima City Council, District 3
  • Soneya Lund and Liz Hallock – Yakima City Council, District 5
  • Holly Cousens – Yakima City Council, District 7. Cousens’ opponent, Sarah Towell, has withdrawn from the race.

The one-hour Video Voters Pamphlet will make its debut on Y-PAC, Charter Cable Channel 194, at 8:30 pm today, Monday, October 7th. It will also air at 8:30 pm tomorrow night, Tuesday.

Y-PAC is also airing the League of Women Voters Forum for Yakima City Council candidates. The forum was held on October 3rd. The forum will debut on Y-PAC at 7:00 pm tonight. The forum can be viewed anytime on-demand at http://videos.yakimawa.gov/CablecastPublicSite/show/9485?channel=2

Both programs will continue to air on Y-PAC leading up to the November 5th General Election.
