The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting yesterday, Tuesday, April 21^st.

Action taken by the Council yesterday included:

• Approving a resolution authorizing the censure of City Councilmember Jason White.
• Receiving an update on City of Yakima responses to COVID-19.
• Receiving a City Manager recruitment update.
• Extending the contract agreement with Interim City Manager Alex Meyerhoff.

The Yakima City Council’s next scheduled meeting is 5:30 pm on Tuesday, May 5^th. The May 5^th regular meeting will be held in Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2^nd Street.
