Yakima City Council April 3rd Business Meeting Review

The Yakima City Council held a regular business meeting yesterday, Tuesday, April 3rd.

Action by the Council on April 3rd included:

  • Approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Selah for transit services.
  • Authorizing an agreement related to the Cinco de Mayo event.
  • Authorizing an agreement related to a fireworks display on July 4th, 2018.
  • Adding a section to the Municipal Code related to commercial cooking under tents.

Yakima City Council meetings air live on Charter Cable Channel 194. The April 3rd meeting will be replayed at 7:00 p.m. tonight, April 4th. The meeting will be shown again at 9:00 a.m. on the following Saturday and Sunday, April 7th and 8th.

The Council’s next regular business meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17th.

The meeting will be in Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North Second Street.
