The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Monday, August 1st.
Action taken by the Council included:
- Issuing a National Night Out proclamation
- Requesting an updated report on plans for restoring the City-owned Millennium Plaza
- Directing staff and the Yakima Arts Commission to study and prepare background information on the formation of a “Creative District” in the City of Yakima
