Yakima City Council August 21st Regular Meeting Review

The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting yesterday, Tuesday, August 21st.

Action by the Council on August 21st included:

  • Recognizing Yakima Police Explorers.
  • Authorizing an airport lease agreement with PocketiNet, Inc.
  • Repealing Municipal Code Chapter 6.18 relating to pit bull dogs.
  • Approving a contract to extend utilities and install electrical service for Camp Hope.

The Council will hold a study session on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 10 a.m. in Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2nd Street. The Yakima City Council’s next regular meeting will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 11th.
