The Yakima City Council held a regular business meeting yesterday, Tuesday, February 6th.
Action by the Council on February 6th included:
- Authorizing an application for a Violence Against Women STOP Grant.
- Directing staff to determine estimated expenses and possible funding sources for an Eastside Community Swimming Pool at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park
- Approving a parcel rezone at 408 South 88th Avenue.
- Authorizing a lease agreement to SOZO Sports of Central Washington for development and maintenance of a public park and recreation facility.
