Yakima City Council July 5th Regular Meeting Review

The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 5th.

Action taken during the Council meeting included:

  • Authorizing an air service agreement with Alaska Airlines for a Minimum Revenue Guarantee not to exceed $500,000 for a one-year term to provide additional air service for Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field
  • Amending Yakima Municipal Code to place certain fees and charges in the City of Yakima Master Fee Schedule
  • Amending City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.92.050(B) relating to Airport ground control and security – Vehicle Parking

The July 5th Yakima City Council regular meeting airs on Yakima Public Affairs Channel (Y-PAC), Charter Spectrum channel 194, beginning at 7:00 pm today, Thursday, July 6th.

The City Council’s next meeting is a budget review study session on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023, at 4:00 pm in Room G of the Yakima Convention Center, 10 North 8th Street.
