Yakima City Council May 2nd Regular Meeting Review

The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 2nd.

Action taken during the Council meeting included:

  • Allowing one member of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee to live outside of the city limits as long as they own property or a business within the city limits
  • Holding a public hearing to consider a rezone request in the vicinity of 1406 S. Fair Avenue / 909 LaFollette Street
  • Receiving a status report regarding the Yakima Area Arboretum operation and maintenance agreement
