The Yakima City Council held its most recent regular agenda business meeting on Tuesday, May 17th, 2016.
Action taken by the Council on May 17th included:
– Approving a motion to lift the ban on recreational and medical marijuana production, processing and retailing
– Directing the Yakima Planning Commission to develop land use regulations pertaining to locations and regulations of marijuana operations in the City
– Attempting to re-establish the City/County intergovernmental committee
