The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting yesterday, Tuesday, November 19th.
Action taken by the Council yesterday included:
- Issuing a proclamation recognizing the Downtown Rotary Club’s 100th anniversary.
- Receiving an update from the Yakima County Development Association.
- Receiving the third quarter 2019 capital projects improvement report.
- Approving a proposition to submit to the voters on February 11, 2020 on whether the City Charter should be amended to abandon and abolish the Council-Manager form of government and adopt the Mayor-Council form of government.
