Yakima City Council September 5th Regular Meeting Review

The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 5th.

Action taken during the Council meeting included:

  • Adopting Yakima Transit’s development plan for 2023-28 and annual report for 2022
  • Approving an ordinance relating to the Transportation Benefit District; modifying the transportation improvements project list to be funded by the district
  • Authorizing an application to the Yakima County SIED Program on behalf of Yakima Chief Hops for a project at South 3rd Avenue and Division Street
