Westbound bound traffic on Fair Avenue will no longer be detoured onto MLK Jr. Boulevard. Installation of a water line will result in the closure of North 3rd Street between East “F” Street and East “H” Street on Tuesday, October 13th and again on Wednesday, October 14th.
