The Yakima City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 17th. Water Line Work to Restrict Traffic on South 5th Avenue

Water line work will result in temporary water outages and traffic restrictions on South 5th Avenue between Pine Street and Tieton Drive starting Wednesday, May, 11th and lasting through Friday, May, 13th. Installation of Gas Main Will Interrupt Traffic

Traffic will be intermittently interrupted during the next two weeks while Cascade Natural Gas (CNG) crews begin Phase 2 of an 8-inch gas main installation. On Monday, May 9th, CNG will start on Bonnie Doon Avenue, working west from 19th Avenue to 30th Avenue. Crews will then proceed south on 19th Avenue to Nob Hill
