Traffic signals at the intersection of 40th Avenue and River Road will be shut down temporarily during the day on Tuesday, February 23rd for a few hours while work is done to replace a power transformer near the intersection. Pacific Power crews will be installing a transformer from 9:00 am until about noon that day.
